* A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure any appointment.

 

* Appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment. Should you choose to reschedule your deposit will be 'rolled over' to your new appointment. 

 

 

* No Show appointments are subject to 100% of your service. Please call or email us as soon as possible, if you can't make it or have changed your mind we get it. Whatever the situation, it's just plain rude to not show up or call.

*Please silence cell phones during your appointment if possible.

*While we enjoy getting to know our clients,  most eyelashes flutter and twitch while talking, which makes lashing quite challenging. If you have fluttery lashes, please relax and enjoy your quiet time during your appointment.

*Please try to have childcare for little ones, and please no guests accompanying you in the treatment room.

* We reserve the right to refuse booking or scheduling.
