MICROBLADING RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED, and VARY

Healed results from Microblading will vary from each individual. There are many factors that affect the healing process that I as your stylist have no control over (i.e how you take care of your brows , how your skin heals, skin type and the nature of how your skin retains or rejects the pigment). There is absolutely no guarantee with healed results, additional touch ups may be required to achieve optimal healed results. The use of brow cosmetics products may still be required to achieve your desired look.

CORRECTIVE OR EXISTING BROW TATTOO WORK

If you have existing brow tattoo work and require a corrective or coverup appointment, prior to booking your new appointment you must send us clear photos of your existing tattoo via email or schedule a consultation. Pictures can be emailed to us at info@thelashceo.com
 

We can not guarantee results for corrective/coverup work. If previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or too large, tattoo removal is highly recommended prior to booking an appointment with me to achieve best results. 

Corrective/ coverup work will generally require multiple sessions for best results and additional touchups will be charged accordingly. 

**If you had your initial appointment done with another stylist and are in need of a touch up, the 3+ month rate will apply. 

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Due to high demand All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure booking.  The deposit will be deducted from the balance due after the brow appointments.  Brow Consultation & Microblading appointments are non-refundable. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment if you choose to cancel after 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited, or may be applied to retail purchase. 

Please contact us if you are not able to make your appointment or if you are going to be late. (info@TheLashCEO.com) We understand unforeseen events may happen. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. You will need to rebook and pay a new deposit for any appointments cancelled due to lateness.

NO SHOWS

Appointments that are a no show, no call, or late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) your deposit will be forfeited. We will also charge 100% of that scheduled appointment. We respect your time, please respect ours, a quick email is all it takes to let us know you've changed your mind or if you cannot make it. PRICING 

Prices are subject to change at anytime. Rates may increase with travel and guest appearances or special circumstances. You must make travel arrangements to come to our studio in Va Beach, VA for future appointments.

PAYMENT

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted (Visa / MC / Amex, Discover). We do not process refunds on services rendered.
